Uli Hoeness, president of Bayern Munich, admits that it will be "difficult" for the German club to recruit Manchester City striker Leroy Sané, for financial reasons.

Sané very expensive for Bayern, according to Hoeness

"I do not have an exact figure yet, but I think financially it will be very difficult," said Hoeness, quoted Wednesday by the German daily Sport Bild.

Last week, Hoeness openly admitted Bayern's desire to recruit the 23-year-old German international winger. "We take care of him," he said.

Bayern's interest then seemed to meet that of Sané, who reportedly complained of not having enough playing time in City.

But Sané is still under contract with Manchester City until 2021, and the champion of England would like to extend it. Its market value is estimated at 100 million euros (Transfermarkt.de).

However, Hoeness said mid-May that the club did not intend this season to break the 80 million, reached to afford Lucas Hernandez (Atletico Madrid) for next season.

According to the German media, Bayern is also negotiating the transfer of the Real Madrid midfielder, Rodrigo, whose departure clause would amount to 70 million.
